Ek Notes & Todo does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

The App does not require:

• Account registration

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Location

• Contacts

• Photos

• Camera

• Microphone

• Payment information

2. Local Storage

All notes, to-do lists, categories, priorities, and app settings are stored only on your device.

The developer cannot access, read, or recover your data.

3. Data Sharing

Ek Notes & Todo does not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties.

4. Permissions

The App is designed to work without requesting unnecessary permissions. Any permission used by the operating system is only for app functionality and is not used to collect personal information.

5. Internet Usage

The App is designed to work offline. Your notes and tasks are not uploaded to any server.

6. Data Deletion

The developer does not collect or store your data.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can permanently delete your information at any time by:

• Using the "Clear All Data" option inside the app (if available), or

• Clearing the app data from your device settings, or

• Uninstalling the application.

Because no user data is stored on the developer's servers, there is no server-side data deletion request process.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information.
